Construction Loan
We have been approved for a $1.5M contruction loan from the Providence Association of Ukrainian Catholics in Philadelphia, PA. This venerable organization has provided financing for hundreds of parishes in the US for building projects.
On Friday, June 13th we received the closing checklists from the local attorney who is facilitiating the promissory note.
We expect the loan agreement to be signed before the end of June and escrow to be opened. Once signed, the loan will fund with in two or three business days.
And then… we start framing!
